Q1. How do I place an order from your website?

A: Just fill out the order form or click on the Paypal button and follow the prompts.

Q2. What method of payment do you accept?

A: For customer convenience we accept check, money order, and credit card purchases through Paypal. Please
allow an additional 4-5 business days if paying by personal check.

Q3. How long does it take to get my order?

A: Upon receiving payment it will normally take about 5 - 7 business days (if item is in stock) to deliver. Custom
figures and or equipment will take about 30 days depending on the customer specifications.

Q4. Do you have any discount for more than one item?

A. Yes, we provide wholesale prices to qualified dealers/distributors on orders over 50 units for the Modern
Warfare series (1/35th scale). Contact us for details.

Q5. Will you run away with my money?

A. Yes I will if you accidentally transfer money by the millions. Just kidding :)

Q6. What if the items I have ordered are damaged?

A. EBT3 Creations Inc. will do its very best to protect your order from any damage. We will provide proper
packaging to avoid damage to your goods. If you desire, we will add insurance to the final price. EBT3 Creations,
Inc. will not be responsible for uninsured packages or processing insurance claims.

Q7. What if I'm not satisfied with my order?

A. Sorry, but there is a no return or exchange policy. If you need more details on the product, just email us and we
will be glad to assist you.

Q8. Do you accept special orders ?

A. Yes we do, but you need to give us some time to prepare the item. Once we have the details worked out, a
50% down payment is due. Certain orders will require a 100% prepayment.

Q9. How often do you ship your items ?

A. We ship Monday through Friday. All orders are shipped immediately once final payment has been received.
You will be notified by email when your item has been sent.
